SRILANKA BLACK PEPPER

NUTMEG AND MACE
Nutmeg and mace are the dried products of the same tree Myristica Fragrance, Houtt. Nutmug is the mature dried seed and mace is the dried aril, a net like out growth from the base of the seed. Srilanka nutmeg is exported in both shelled and unshelled forms. Nutmeg whole/unshelled in brown nut colour as mace in two colours of red/yellow.
